Offering more than just books, the Olive Bough is a place to chat, seek guidance in the Christian faith or browse through the gifts and CD’s.

Set amongst the incredible scenery of the Wye Valley, the historic town of Monmouth is home to the Olive Bough Christian bookstall.

Steeped in history, Monmouth boasts the only remaining mediaeval, fortified gate tower in Britain - The Monnow Bridge. Just a stone throw from here and you will find the Olive Bough market stall open every Saturday.

On top of the books, gifts, cards and CD’s, the Olive Bough also has a great selection of fairly-traded goods, in keeping with Monmouth’s status as a Fairtrade town. You’ll find pictures here.
